Did a great job on our Pomsky and Pointer. They came back so soft, plush, and very happy. Will certainly return.
We were extremely disappointed with we picked up our King Charles dogs from their grooming at this facility. Their fur is completely ruined and will never grow back the same. I take some responsibility as I told the groomer to do what she had to do to get out the fur that was matted. I assumed that she would first brush them getting out all she could, and then cut out where she could not. We are so thankful for your kind, considerate treatment of our old cat Baghera. He was so distraught over having to keave the house, but we desperately needed to have grooming done for hus coat and claws vefore it developed into a life threatening situation. I’ve been to a lot of grooming salons. I’m so thankful for these groomers and bathers who are professional and practiced grooming safety! Gwen comes home looking so cute and fluffy after every appointment!!

VIP Grooming is a horrible place to take your best furry friend! They left our toy poodle unattended on a grooming table and he hanged himself with their table leash. He was without air, which affected his brain. We had to put him to sleep. They never even apologized or fully explained how it happened. If you love your dog, please find a different grooming place. I hope this message saves a precious dog’s life.
