I called the office, no answer, called again no answer,, it was only till I went to the slab yard and they gave me the owners number, he did not answer,, finally after several tries I will use another company. It should be 0 stars.

I had planned to use VIP until they made decisions about the supporting brace without consulting with me on the final price. After the VIP representative, Jonathan, discussed the design with the cabinet maker and made the decision, it was just expected that I would pay the extra $650. Jonathan thought he was doing me a favor by finding a solution, which is fine if VIP were paying for it, but I needed to be consulted if I had to pay and that didn't happen. Alberto & VIP granite team were amazing from beginning to end. They did the quartz in our kitchen and it looks amazing! Nobody can beat their quick turnaround time, prices, and work. Highly recommend!
