My boyfriend was having the flowers delivered to me at my work. They could not find the location and would not deliver to the office I am in. Instead of calling him , they called me. I had no idea I was even getting flowers. When I tried to tell them where I was located the woman was very rude and even asked me to come get them myself. My boyfriend ended up having to cancel the order .
Easiest online purchase I have ever made. I was expecting the delivery by mid-afternoon and at lunch they were delivered. The arrangement was fantastic, I will definitely use VIP Floral again. Thanks a bunch.
