VIP Eyecare is the best.
I had a lovely doctor. Only reason I give it four stars was because I left with no fix to my problem due to them not having a syringe in the office. Making me go to another doctor for immediate results or wait till they get a new order of syringe and come back. Super disappointing leaving the office without a solution.
I cannot be more pleased with the service that I receive from VIP. From scheduling the appointment to the exam to picking out frames, and beyond. They truely are a company that has mastered the all around customer experience. Thank you Dr. Lambert, Molly, and the whole staff - Well done!
Excellent experience! The office was welcoming, the staff was friendly, and the doctor was thorough and took time to answer all my questions
My wife and I followed Dr. Lambert to this practice some years ago, and we have been thoroughly pleased with every aspect of the operation. Dr. Lambert is an expert with a strong service mentality and takes incredibly thorough care of our eyes. The staff who handle glasses and adjustments are top notch and really lovely to work with, and the receptionist at the Carillon location where we go is exceptional as well.
