They are awesome!!! Mike is a champion. On my birthday my car got into a side swipe accident and when I called they were on it. Not only did they not price gouge me but they worked very quickly and diligently to get my car up and running again and I appreciate them so much. This is THE Best auto body shop there is, no doubt. If I could give 10 STARS I would! To say Mike at VIP saved the day is an understatement! Long story short....some pretty serious front end damage on our car, right before we moved here from out of state. Had to tow the car behind the uhaul and had no idea where to start down here to get it fixed on a serious budget. VIP Collision was amazing work and fast service. Mike, the manager, was nice enough to cover our deductible and stayed in constant contact with the insurance claims adjuster. Mike was a great communicator on when the repairs should be done and when the parts would come in. I’m thankful for the quality service that was provided and to have a brand new looking car.
VIP Collision in Glendale was excellent! My car had been damaged by a hit and run driver and I was understandably upset and unsure not being real familiar with the area what shop to use.
