"I rented a car from VIPcars in Vienna well before my trip and paid a portion of the amount. Upon arrival at the airport to pick up the car, I found a different car with lower specifications and a manual transmission. The employee asked for an additional price, and when I refused, he asked me to cancel the reservation and make a new one. I agreed, but when I made a new reservation, I couldn't find a car at my previous booking price, and I found it at three times the price. I made a reservation with Vipcars and the customer service was outstanding. We request an amend in our contract and Justin John me it posible. 100% recomended.
