They do an ok job. The problem I have is when they do the Windows they seem to be worse the they were before the wash. That alone is why they don't get a tip from me.

My husband has gone to VIP for years. He had his car washed today and was robbed. 50.00 worth of change, an I phone and an iPhone charger. I think it's disgusting that you have people working for you that your own employees won't allow them to wash their cars because they know they're thieves. There was no manager around tonight. Let's see what happens tomorrow.
I just spent $24 + tip for a full service car wash, got home and found they never vacuumed the back seat floor or tailgate... and they weren't that busy. I'll never ever go there for a wash or lube again. Going back to Richmond Terrace cheaper and better
