The last line when the windows are cleaned should always clean front and back when you pay. Not Front and leave back undone and 4 tires treated or shined not only 2 or 3.Go back to being the best.

The service was horrible the manager Alfredo did not want to take care of the grease marks they left on my car cause they used a dirty rag to wipe it down I will never go to this place again I do not recommend it to anybody
The worst car wash on Staten Island they suck at washes in general to top it all off they have managers when you complain that don't even speak English and get nasty with you for asking what they do when your paying for a car wash avoid by any means you will be disappointed
