Communicated with Grant “Ben” Bortnem for several days attempting to purchase an Acura MDX. I pulled a carfax, drove 45 minutes, test drove and agreed to purchase the vehicle on the previously agreed price in cash. This guy is a dishonest person. His cars look nice from the outside but junk and He won’t stand up for his word when he sells it to you. He simply will ignore you and won’t pick up his phone. Don’t buy from that crook. You’ll thank me later.

Third car deal done in over barely a years time. Mr. Ben has been a blessing to me with my purchasing of 3 Lexus vehicles a 2002 rx 300...2009 rx 350...and today 10/05/2017 a 2006 es 330. He takes great pride in providing outstanding customer service to his clients. I will be buying more Lexus vehicles when he gets them in. I will not deal with anyone else he's truly a man of his word and that's what I admire about him honesty.
