I have been to this shop a few times for box braids and always did a great job. I ask for cornrows this time and sadly disappointed. My braids were super loose and she barely used any product. I needed my hair done to go to my sister in law's funeral which was only 3 days from the day she did it and my braids were coming a loose and very shabby with a bonnet on. Embarrassed at this hairdo at the funeral. This was not worth $95. No call back nor a partial refund. Now I will be going to another shop.

Horrible customer service and all just money hungry. Lot of attitude. Not only was it difficult to get a price confirmed and appointment, the two braiders - 1 was missing a finger and other was a taller lady were trash talking me and everyone in the place even their co workers the entire time and unfortunately for them I spoke French & understood them so I felt uncomfortable the entire time.
