I’ve been coming to this braids salon for years. The last time I got boho braids I decided to pay $70 to have them take my braids out. During the service I kept telling them that my hair was longer than they thought but was ignored. Afterwards I discovered they cut my natural hair in spots all around the top of my head. I called the owner and provided photo and video proof. She kept saying she would call me back but wouldn’t take responsibility or issue a refund. If I could leave “0” stars I would. I called this shop the day of and the day before and was told that they provide the boho hair for knotless. When I arrived they only had 2 colors left and I got there at 3pm the shop closed at 8pm and they had no supplies. I was told to go to the beauty supply and when I asked where the beauty supply store was one lady said very rudely “google it”. I started to leave but it took me an hr to get there. Quit looking & just go to VIPs. Rama did my hair. Med-Large knotless braids. She is super sweet and her customer service is amazing. She took the time to make sure she was doing them the length & size I wanted. And she got me in and out. Just under 3 hours. I love my hair and will come back.

I made a last minute appointment for small knotless braids. I'm so happy I came to VIP Braids! I have very thick hair and it normally takes a very long time to finish but I was completely done in 4 hrs! Shout out to Rama and Ballou they did a phenomenal job! Reasonably priced!
