My friend told me to go get a smog here and it took them 40 minutes to do it because they were writing up a list of recommendations of things I had already done at the dealership that week lol. They also told me I needed brakes without ever taking the wheels off. My vehicle was parked halfway outside of the bay and I was watching it the whole time lol. I will gladly pay more money for a chain like jiffy smog or something from now on.
Great experience it waa quick for an oil change and Phil did a great job
First time here and I came in due to my car breaking down and Phil took care of me! My car is good to go! 2nd time back and I came in due my car shutting off on me out of nowhere (ongoing issue that I never got fixed) and NO MORE ENGINE LIGHT 🥹🥹🥳 Thank you Phil, Marlene and Russell for your efficiency and kind service and for being so knowledgeable!! I’m so disappointed in taking my car to be oil changed because then from there, he noted other things were wrong and spoke to me about fixing the caps. Everything was included for the price that I was quoted so when I had my friend look at it, he said none of this was fixed so I called spoke to Phil and Phil said there was a miscommunication.
