The car, purchase experience and everything was great. Until the front tires stopped me from getting an inspection. I have called more than 2 dozen times, left over 8 message, and even spoke to Jim once who said he understood the issue and would see what he had in stock to get everything corrected and never contacted me back. So if I don't hear from him soon, I will be forced to take other action.
This dealership is truly a hidden gem
I had a wonderful experience over the phone & in person, as a woman buying a car .....I had many questions. He was concerned with my needs for a safe vehicle for my active life , not just trying to SELL me any car !!!
