I had my wedding dress altered at a different place and was very unhappy about how the bustle looked and the length was too long (there's more but it's a long list). Luckily, VIP Alterations had an opening and Alberto FIXED EVERYTHING! This was an emergency fix because my wedding was few weeks away. He is truly so talented and efficient and I 100% recommend this place. Everyone was so kind there as well! Alberto, thank you so much again and thank you for making me feel like a bride.
Alberto did a fantastic job with my dress. I was so stressed when I received my dress 5 weeks late and 2 sizes too big. He handled the situation quickly, confidently, competently, and honestly. He truly went above and beyond to help me. I will and have already recommended him to anyone needing alterations.
Working with Alberto and his team was great! Responsive and easy communication plus really efficient work. I appreciate him letting me know his training and experience before hand and in working with him, you can tell he is very knowledgeable. Got my daughter's High School Prom dress altered at VIP alterations. Alberto and his wife were incredibly patient and kind. They made us feel welcomed and treated us with great respect. Alberto is very skilled at what he does and pays great attention to detail. The studio is very neat and well maintained. No doubt we had a great experience with our very first dress alterations. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an incredible alteration experience, coz they truly treat you like VIP as the name says.
