I loved it so much I went twice. Sonya was our server and she was truly amazing, she had awesome customer service. From the time we entered to the time we left everyone was gracious, that worked along with her (all gentlemen). The second time Sonya wasn’t there... yet (and neither were the gentleman) and you could immediately tell in the atmosphere. Thank God she came in a few moments later. I swear the sun started shining brighter. She along with the food, take the experience to a magically level. I promise.
As a first time customer, food was absolutely amazing, the service in the other hand was mediocre. The server didn’t bring out our daughters orange juice until she brought out the food and only brought two waters for the three of us to share. As I’m sitting there waiting I can see the waitstaff rolling their eyes at other customers request. The few times our server came up to check on us, she never seemed genuine or had a smile on. Not sure what was going on but not a great first impression.
This restaurant is so amazing! I love it. The wings are my favorite.
If you love vegan-wholesome-hearty foods, THIS IS IT! #1 spot! And I’ve been to all the other ones in vegas... this one is the best in town! From the moment you walk in, you’ll know why! And once you enjoy it, Share the love! Bc good news is worth spreading � #bachatadiva
