The staff at Violette Motors were kind, compassionate, and most helpful. Driving from Nova Scotia to Ontario, we broke down just six minutes away from the dealership. Because it was Sunday at 7 PM and everything was closed, we stayed overnight and arrived at the Ford service department right when they opened Monday morning. They accommodated us immediately without an appointment, replaced our water pump, and had us back on the road by 1 PM. We were so grateful for their friendliness and efficiency.
