Erin at the Oak Bay Violette store was so amazing to interact with. I ordered a pyrrha necklace, which was made to order. When it arrived, it was stunning but I had an additional request with the item. Erin was so helpful with the process as she contacted pyrrha on my behalf and made sure a new item was created/sent that was better suited to my needs. Violette is the most stunning jewellery boutique I've come across. Their brick and mortar store is beautiful, warm, and amazingly curated. Their customer service is top notch, both in-person and online, so they earned my trust so quickly. I love that they carry unique pieces from local brands. They are so knowledgable about each designer so I walked out feeling like an expert. Every piece is very high quality and reasonably priced, and I'll keep coming back to them to add to my collection.
