Very rude and disrespectful. One of the most unprofessional places you can go. Didn’t let parents in the back and kept the door between parents and children locked. My parents refused my medical care and said to send me out front but instead she went back behind the locked door. Lied to me about the situation and continued to work on me. There are far superior orthodontics offices in Northeast Ohio. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way. Dr. Violet is a bully, she is rude and she is condescending (to both the patients and the parents). After out of pocket payments, this office still billed my insurance and was overpaid for treatments. I would NOT have gotten my money back if I didn't catch this. There is a high staff turnover.
