History Established in 2004. Violet Nails located in the Kroger shopping center on Fry Road & West Little York was opened back in November 2004. In May 2011, Violet Nails was remodeled to improve our salon with the new colors and added new spa chairs to ensure our clients were receiving the best nail salon experience in Katy. Firstly I have to say that when someone is making an appointment for service it would be nice to respect customers time and have a technician available at the time I have schedule an appointment for. It has been a never ending story of me making an appointment and person requested not being available till 30 min later. One time I was asked to leave and comeback in 2 hours as the person I always receive service from was over booked. I have been coming here for 4 yrs & never had any issues, came in today @2pm and there were 5 people sitting around doing absolutely nothing, no one wanted to do my nails, 2 women actually fought about who should be the one to do it, the one that lost was not happy at all, didn't speak the entire time until it was time to pay. I felt so uncomfortable but didn't have time to find another place. This will be the last time I come here, I will be finding a new Salon today! I went there and they were so packed you could barely walk through there. I had my eyebrows waxed in a hallway...(no privacy)..and it felt as if she had ripped my eyes out.. No pride in there customer service... She never offered to pluck any fly away hairs or to put any soother on my brows.. She basically ripped them out and sent me on my way.. It left my eyebrows red and bumpy for well over a week... This place was horrible I will never go back again.. Ever!
