The service is great and the place is very pretty. I filled out a first time customer form and sent pictures of the style and haircut I wanted and came out looking nothing like that. My blowout was a disaster and when I got home my hair was still partially wet and all puffy and messy. I had to fix the whole thing on my own. The color wasn’t great either since I’m blonde and it doesn’t look like any toner was used whatsoever.
