PATIENT BEWARE! MISQUOTING insurance. Look over your bill carefully. What they say the prices are is not what you will get charged for. Doctor refuses to call me back. Disappointed because daughter liked going there.

My favorite doctor is Dr. Saima Ali. I am a kind of a person who doesn’t like to go to see a dentist because I don’t like to feel pain. But my doctor, Ms. Saima Ali is so kind, cares her patients very much and her skill is also amazing! Her assistant and receptionist are friendly and cheerful. Everyone there is so friendly, I havent been to the dentist in quite sometime so I was really nervous on my first appointment. Once I met the staff my mind was put at ease. I would reccomend this practice to anyone looking for a great dentist!
My daughter went yesterday for a cleaning. They were very thorough with insurance and her cleaning. Great explanations and information! The office is beautiful. The entire staff is very friendly. Highly recommended for the whole family!!!!
The doctor was great. I needed to get 5 cavities filled and he got me in that same week. He also had some recommendations for an implant I just had placed. I will definitely be making this our family dentist since we are new to the Elgin Area
