I went and had a signature facial with Caitlin and it was amazing. She also suggested doing the dermaplane service beforehand and I am sooo happy I did. My makeup goes on smoother and looks better. She also extracted a milia for me and it was painless and I am so happy it’s gone. I signed up for the membership, benefits are great and I am already excited to go back next month to try the hydra facial. I purchased a 3 session package for EZ gel filler $2200. After the first session I was unhappy with the results, so I had a follow up appointment with the provider/injector to voice my disappointment. I requested a partial credit for the remaining 2 sessions $1466.00 to my credit card and now I’m being refused. The merchant is trying to make me jump through hoops with an additional follow up appointment with another provider/injector and trying to offer an in store credit which I do not want.
Chessi is an amazingly talented injector/beauty specialist extraordinaire!!! You may go in thinking you need "this," but she will look at you and tell you that what you may need is "that" instead...and you will walk out happy and smiling and wondering why you'd never visited her before. I feel beautiful, never fake or over done. You'll never regret it: best Christmas present to yourself EVER ♥️
I had the Hydro facial and derma planing combo and it was absolutely fantastic. One of the best facials I’ve ever had! Caitlyn Is very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I’m looking forward to doing micro needling with her in the near future.
