The girls who take care of me are awesome, but the management does not give a crap about their loyal clients. I became a member 2 years ago for $99 per month and I was told that it was grandfathered in, meaning that no matter if their prices went up for the Facilas or for their membership plans, I would be able to keep my plan for $99 per month. First Time!!! Everyone very friendly, and also taking care of your safety during this pandemic.I had Ashley for my botox service, I hate needles as she assured me it would all be okay..And it was!! I already booked my second appt. Ashley also educated me on how it all works..Very Happy!!!💗🙏

I just love the staff, Zo products, the wide range of services available...everything! The office even smells amazing when you walk in (bonus)! Everyone that works there is extremely knowledgeable. They offer amazing suggestions to customized skin care, and it’s overall a great experience every time. And joining the VIP membership has been an exceptional experience- thank you VIO!
