We moved here about two weeks ago, and it was nice to meet David, our maintenance person. He did an excellent job, was professional, and made sure everything was fixed properly.
Great place to live thanks to staff like David, but has no management on site since the transfer to Essex
David the maintenance is very friendly, considerate, and greets me when he sees me. When I need appliances to be fixed he’s on top of it
My daughter and I had been searching for apartments for awhile and the day we toured the VIO we had the privilege of meeting David! He said he worked in maintenance and took the time out of his very busy schedule to show us around. He was professional, knowledgeable and very kind to do this for us.
Moving into our new home at ViO has been an exceptional experience, thanks to David and Gabrielle. David, the Facilities Director, has been outstanding throughout the entire move-in process. He has always been available, incredibly capable, and highly efficient. Any issue that came up was addressed quickly and professionally, and his attention to detail and commitment to resident satisfaction truly stand out.
