My experience living here at ViO has been really positive. The apartment complex is clean, and the other tenants are friendly and respectful. It’s super convenient having stores and a park just a short walk away. The staff are always kind, helpful, and easy to reach when you need them. Henna, the property manager, is amazing — she’s thoughtful, helpful, and always goes out of her way to make sure everything feels like home for my family and me.
Met Wayne Marsh while visiting the apartments He was very professional
I I really enjoy this place the staff are very nice esp Jennyfer and Wayne. I was having issues so I had a service ticket put in. Wayne showed up and fixed the problem I was having. The staff is very nice and they are on top of things.
Wayne was very helpful he helped install my washing machine
Ever since our first tour with jennyfer and all our maintenance work orders completed by wayne have been a pleasant living experience and i look forward to my renewal.
