Vinyl Taco absolutely understood the assignment. The food was phenomenal, the margaritas were dangerously good, and the whole atmosphere was such a vibe. Our waitress, Mattea, was AMAZING!!!! So friendly, attentive, and honestly made the whole experience even better. Every single thing we ordered hit, the service was top-tier, and I genuinely considered canceling the rest of my plans just to stay there all day. Easily one of the best lunch stops in Sioux Falls. We will 100% be back, probably sooner than we should be.
