Not too shabby for Burlingame! – I went to Vinyl Room on a Friday night with my co-workers. We had fun !! This place is great for when u don't feel like driving to the city. The bartender made us a pretty yummy drink (I forgot what it was called...) We got there early when it was pretty mellow- which was kinda nice. Trendy spot with a great young vibe! – This is a great trendy spot to meet up friends and lounge with a few drinks. Ambience is really sophisticated and drinks are made well. I particulary enjoyed the scene as it wasn't too crowded nor rowdy. Location is ideal with plenty of parking around and shops and restaurants nearby. Great after dinner-date spot. I highly recommend if you're looking for fun music, an intimate dance floor and a good crowd to hang out with. Its got a great young vibe!
Great Place to Enjoy Good Drinks and Music – If you are looking for a trendy and comfortable lounge that is not far of a drive, then Vinyl Room is a great place to go. I absolutely love their music selection!! They play a mix of good music. Includes: house, reggae, hip-hop (not mainsteam though), etc... Lot's of potential, but not the place to get dressed up and go dancing. – Although I wasn't totally dissatisfied with the Vinyl Room, there were some things that made it just average. First the negatives. The biggest issue I had was the fact that they (the owners) would not allow the DJ's to play anything remotely close to Top 40. The reason behind this rule is to keep a certain type of "riffraff" out of the club.
