If I could rate less than 0 stars, rest assured--I would. Easily the worst customer service I have ever receieved from an establishment in my time. Do not come here if you are looking for nice bartenders. One bartender accused me of theft. When I tried to get her name from two other bartenders, they both lied about her name and gave me two different names, "Jessica" and "Brenda." Clearly did not consult one another. Great spot with hot girls on both sides of the bar – I just started going to the Vinyl Room last month, and I must say that it's my new spot when it comes to partying on the peninsula! Before Vinyl, I would hang out at the Alabi or O'Neill's, but lately those places have just been full of dudes. sickest spot in san mateo – dude this place is the best spot in san mateo area... great music... great drink, at reasonable prices, the people that work there rock. no cover, not really a line, close to the train and always a cab around.... place is sick

Had a party there with a few friends one of mine was attacked in the restroom by one of the regulars and we were kicked out although we were not involved. Some of my party were not let in due to attire but yet again a regular was inside with a sweat suit and tennis shoes on, seemed to be a stereotype location and ignorant folks working at the door, walked up to a group of people hanging out in front and none seemed to want to look at ID's why have a door man if he isn't going to work. Obsessed with Vinyl Room – My friends and I love Vinyl Room! It?s nice to have a fun place like this in Burlingame. It has an SF bar/lounge feel to it, but it?s located on the peninsula, so it?s not such a hassle to get there. The staff is great, everyone is extremely friendly. LOVE THIS HOT SPOT!!!!!! – THIS IS A MUST SEE TO BELIEVE HOT SPOT!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place because it's full of great Bartenders with Beautiful smiles. A Diamond in the Rough!! – The first time i walked into this bar i was amazed that i had previously overlooked such a gem. Peninsula's best hidden secret! – I visited Northern California a couple weeks ago and my buddies told me about this bar. So i checked it out. I would have to say I was impressed. Excellent lighting, stylish custom-made furniture and cool outgoing bartenders. I felt so comfortable eventhough i went by myself. The dope spot in the mid-peninsula – This is a cool spot to go and chill.. It's a cool atmosphere thats welcoming to the average or stylish type.. Their selection of music is key.. Its not the typical top 40 untalented ear-sores that is heard at every single other club with people getting crunk, pretending to be "gangstas" and what not..
