Fixed My Fence Problems – Craig and your staff did an amazing job, and took care of all of my issues. I have had several contractors come in the past, to try and repair what was wrong, and had not been fixed before. You were very thorough, and we have had no issues over the winter. Great company – I loved working with them. Vinyl industries acted quickly and all of our fence pieces were exactly what we ordered and needed. I do not feel the same way the other person who commented did - I think Vinyl Industries is great. I had gotten another bid with Best Vinyl and liked Vinyl Industries soo much better. They were respectful and great to work with.
horrible! – the installed my fence in a very poor way, shorter top post, shorter panels tucked in the top post, and now to fix it i have to pay for it when i already paid 10000 for my fence...the best the awful customer service, the GM told me "if you wanted fix is this much if not, call someone else" way to go crooks! never...never ....never again i will buy from them...all crooks they take your money and run!
Bad service, bad products – We installed our fence with them, and asked for a sliding gate instead of the regular one... well, took more than 4 months for them to finish the installation, many calls and complains. With the first storm the gate parts were half of block down the street. A couple of months to get them to fix it. Now the fence is 4 years old and the color of the vinyl is changing to a ugly beige, when we were visited by the sales man he said that the fence was not made out of cheap vinyl that changes the color w... read more
repairs – I had a gate installed that was not core cut into the cement, now it's loose and they want over $100 just to come out and look at it..It's only 3 years old! Not very impressed.
