I am very disappointed with Vinyl Industries and quite surprised that they claim to have an A+ rating on their website. I contacted them on 03/09 to have someone come out and give us a bid/quote. We were asked if we needed to be home. Well, no I guess not, but don't you want to give us information about your company and your product and why we should go with you over another company? He came out to look at a broken slat and it wasn't going to be easy to replace so we passed on it. We were charged a $75 consultant fee, which we knew about before hand but is not ideal.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Have had nothing but problems. So we decided to go with this company after comparing other companies and have regreted that decision. We had our free apraisal in early October and they didn't even start the work until late December and didnt finish until January. They told us 12 month no interest so we figured that started when the fence actually got billed. I love the way my fence turned out. It looks great and it was the best deal for our money. However, I was not impressed with the mess the workers left in my yard. They cleaned up quite a bit of the fence scraps but their personal garbage was left all over. I have drink cups and bottles and empty pumpkin seed bags all over. I would recommend that the installers be instructed to clean up their messes before leaving. Other than that, I was completely satisfied.

I had an appointment for 10:00 am for a qoute took a half a day off work waited until 11:30 before I called to ask where their rep was. They told me they were not sure where he was they would give him a call and call me back later. I told them I lost a half a days wages to be here and they told me maybe he forgot what day he was supposed to be here.
