Horribly Expensive and own the Monopoly so you have no choice but to pay their exhorbitant fees - over $130 to have the existing system remotely connected to a new IP address after the NBN switch over. Their technician was very helpful and patient however the cost means that it ruined what should have been an easy experience. I mean, he did not have to move from his seat and the remote access charge of $80 is out of this world considering our IT support company gave them access to use the existing system!!!
