Clearly you cannot purchase a SNES for what the price is on the item. The price is $79.99 and they have a piece of paper showing a bundle option for $159.99. When you get to the counter you are told that you cannot purchase the SNES for the price that is listed. You are told YOU HAVE TO BUY THE BUNDLE. Keep in mind these are brand new Nintendo’s. One of few places that still have the SNES classic in stock. And they have it because they are scalping. Having a sticker on the product at retail price of $79.99 but refusing to sell it unless you also give them $80 extra for a vintage stock gift card. The guy behind the counter had the audacity to claim that they were scalping to prevent scalpers. What a joke. Enjoy losing sales with your greed. They inflate the Star Wars black series figures as well. They are retail for 19.99, not the $24.99 vintage stock puts on them.
One of the few stores where the staff is always willing to go out of their way to help you. Great store and staff.
I want to start off by saying that they are the most disrespectful people ever! I went in today and in front of my daughter the worker cursed at me and made racial remarks! I will never go back and I have contacted corporate and waiting on a call back from better business bureau. I will never step foot in there doors every again and I will make sure no one I know or love does either! They all need to be trained and thought what customer service is to say the least!
I love this store! My son and I always find something we can't leave without!!! The staff here are some of the most amazing group of people!!! Always smiling and always helpful! Thank you for making it a great experience every time!!!
Came to visit after a two hour car drive several attempts to get the attention of one of the men behind the counter as to see the cards as he repeatedly asked me what I was asking for until he finally understood when he turned to get the cards I informed him that I wanted to see the big box when he got upset with me and accused me of having cursed at him and then refused to serve me until I stopped acting childishly I've never been so insulted, so to the manager Mason thank you you sent me out of your fucking store crying.
They closed down their family-friendly theater, they took away the chairs from the reading area, and they lowball people who bring things in to sell. They are only in it for the money, and are a waste of space in the mall.
