Customer service is sub par. Their trade in system is laughable at best. Will happily take my business elsewhere.
the worst store ever. cancelled my comic subscription 3 times when I was buying them. said I need 3 titles but have not put the comics I ask for in my box. I miss the book barn.. ever since this company went corporate they have become a cold and greedy business. I am taking my business elsewhere. they don't pay what your items are worth either. sell your things on ebay or craigslist. forget these punks!!!!!!!!!

Recommendedcurrently in vintage stock selling a bunch of LP records. we have been here for several hours and it has been a blast! Thieves. Just bought a brand new Madden 19 game and it had an old Xbox game. The Manager new it and was a complete idiot about it. They have no business being open.
I knew they wouldn't give us what all of the stuff my husband took to them was worth, but what they gave him was a joke. Especially when they will turn around and double if not triple the price when people come into buy it. And to offer more if it was for store credit vs cash! No thank you!!
First they sell stolen items second they lie and say the shit your selling is stolen. My attorney will prove my phone isn't stolen and being on the account and having proof should have proven that but not to you
