New property manager Maureen does a great job! She Deals with issues on the spot, unlike last property manager who would just tell me she'll see what she can do.

Well i lived there for approximately 3 yrs and i have nothing but great things to say about vintage square apartments. Especially isabel rocha and staff treated me with repect and always took care of any issues in a timely manner�
I enjoyed living here. The apt is big and the pool is great and the apt is close to everything. My husband and I are very grateful for all the assistance Isabelle and Claudia provided us while living at Vintage Square Apts. The maintenance men were friendly courteous and took care of all our repair needs. There was always something being improved on outside. Worst place to live mgr Isabel and her sister the asst Claudia are rude and unprofessional that shouldn't be working there. There's trash, dog shit, pool is green almost all the time and they just done care. Be careful they like insisting you pay pet fees in cash which they pocket that's how they drove one good clean tenant away. That's another thing they having dirt and trashy people living there instead of good tenants that care and keep their apt clean.All the good tenants are moving out.
