Leann Moore, one of NKY's best I am shocked after reading some of the reviews, especially regarding Leann Moore. Leann is not only incredibly sweet and accommodating, but very professional and talented. My sister-in-law, best friend, and I all go to her for various styles, colors, and cuts. Meagon Rogers The Greatest!!! Ok guys, strike me down dead if i'm lying. I DO NOT WORK OR GETTING PAID to say the awesome things i have to say about this salon. Vintage is a great place Vintage Salon and Shannon are terrific. Their services and advice are really great and I've been going there for over 10 years. Shannon makes me look better than Katie Couric any day!
Rude Customer Skills When I first started going to Leann she was great. Here recently I had a appointment and she left me sitting there over an hour and then left. I have given her hundreds of dollars to do my hair. At one time I was going twice a week. This was terrible and rude of her and I would never go to her again or would have any of my friends or my own customers go to her. Thank you Shannon and Ashley I moved to Northern Kentucky in 2007 with Great Lengths Hair Extensions in my hair and for 3 years had different sylists in the area who were not able to place or remove them correctly. I had decided that there must be no one in the area that could do this for me and just wanted them removed. I found Shannon who gently removed them from my hair with NO damage. I honestly recommend Alex to anyone who needs there hair done. I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve had Alex do my hair for awhile now. Such a sumptuous personality! Great atmosphere! Always amazing results! One thing I’m beyond impressed with is since COVID-19 has happened the Vintage Salon & Spa still makes you feel right at home.
