People are very loud here. Especially from about 3am-7am. Quiet hours don’t really happen here. There are a few very loud cars when they start up right outside the window that wakes you up almost instantly and at the same time your single pane windows are shaking too.. it makes it impossible to go back to sleep. People love to sit in cars playing music pretty loud during “quiet” hours as well. People tend to be incredibly inconsiderate of their neighbors but I guess that’s what I pay for! Renters beware!
Management sucks, people park in your assigned parking spots and they don’t do anything about it. The pools always closed garbage cans always full to the max and apartment maintenance takes forever. Not to mention loud ass neighbors!
If i could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service by the community manger! Wasn’t even interested or welcoming for the tour. We asked if she was able to open the patio door to see the washer dryer hook up. She responded I would have to go back to the office to get the keys you aren’t missing much and never got the keys or offered another unit.As someone who works for property management as well this is ridiculous and unprofessional. Worst tour we have ever been on.
