I had an amazing experience working with Josselin Castro, my leasing consultant. She went lengths to help me secure my two-bedroom apartment. From the very beginning, she was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful—always quick to answer my questions and guide me through every step . Josselin is also such a sweet person which made the whole experience even better. She truly cares about her clients I’m so grateful for all her help and highly recommend asking for her if you’re looking for a new place! 1

Me and my family went in for a tour several times and each time the staff and manager were very accommodating! They were not even annoyed by our loud toddler and instead offered a full tour each time... Josselin & Ty are awesome to work with!

This place looks nice, but they are very deceiving. My wife and I applied and was declined because I had 1 collection on my credit that I settled and paid 3 years ago. The agency they use said that I had "Severe" collections, which is a complete fabrication. So unless you have a FICO score of 800+, I wouldn't bother applying here. You probably have a better chance gambling in Vegas. I think they do this on purpose to scam people out of $300. Think about how that adds up if they do this to 3 or 4 people on a daily basis. I would like to give Ms Nicole a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart. She’s very professional, respectful and very attentive to your needs. She’s the leasing agent that everyone should look for at Vintage Park. God puts people in your life for a reason or a season and she’s definitely the ultimate reason.
