I went in to possibly look and lease. I wasn’t greeted the lady at the desk through her finger up to say one minute but her conversation continued. There was also a guy in the office behind her who said nothing. After waiting a few minutes we left. It wasn’t a great first impression at all!!

Came to visit a friend and could not find available parking. Was told I could park in spots that were not visibly marked as guest spots, yet all “guest” spots were taken. I felt threatened by tow trucks roaming around looking into other vehicles and mine. Did not feel safe leaving my car over night. There is very limited guest parking which was very inconvenient. Hate not knowing if and when I can visit without running the risk of being towed. On top of that, the front gates are not fully functioning. The exit gate is broken... read more
AVOID THIS COMPLEX IF YOU PLAN ON EVER HOSTING A GUEST. I am in my 3rd contract here. Always paid on time, always a quiet resident. Then I had to call over 20 times to get my A/C fixed properly in the middle of Texas summer. (Not due to maintenance crew who is great, but because of management refusing to allocate a new HVAC unit when the old one was ancient and failing weekly) After finally getting that resolved, management repainted the parking lot removing virtually all guest spaces (there are maybe 8 guest spaces now for ... read more
