My husband and I have been residents here for almost 6 months and every moment has been nothing but bliss. The office staff has always been so quick to tend to our unit whenever there’s an issue, not to mention are always lovely to talk to. Grounds and maintenance are equally attentive to their jobs. I have especially enjoyed the events they put on from Saturday breakfasts to Tacos by the pool. I am beyond grateful to call Vintage Park our home.
Was a very clean and we'll maintained apartment complex. The pool area is beautiful. A friend of mine lives here and the layouts of the apartment homes are super cute.
I’ve been a tenant here for more than a few years now… and want to give a shoutout to management, grounds keeping, and maintenance. Britney, Esmeralda, and Juan show up to work and do more work then I think they get credit for. I’ve seen the grounds keeper moving sofas and heavy furniture away from the trash areas that people leave disrespectfully. Do NOT rent at Vintage Park Apartments I strongly urge anyone considering moving into Vintage Park to think twice. This place has been a complete nightmare from the day we moved in. When we first arrived, the carpet was disgusting—covered in dog fur, reeking of urine, and we even found a fishing hook lodged in it. They expect you to professionally steam clean the carpet when moving out, but they clearly didn’t do the same for us when we moved in. I had to buy a vacuum and clean it myself.
