Got me in within 1hour without an appointment then took care of the problem
The staff at Vintage Optical is phenomenal! I wish the lab was. I don't know what the problem is, but it's taken them three months to make lens for my sunglasses. The first time the quality was subpar, the second time the prescription was incorrect, and the last time the lenses broke, but they neglected to tell anyone. No transparency. Just disappointing, especially when you need those lenses to see. The lab deserves a two star.
Dr. Velting is wonderful and thorough. His staff goes over and above to assist their patients. Love Vintage Optical!
