Completely unskilled craftsmanship! I had a wine cellar installed by Vintage Makers. They completely botched the job. They improperly painted the wine racks, which led to the bottles sticking to them. They did not install a vapor barrier on all walls (as per their proposal and per proper wine cellar standards). They are not licensed plumbers or electricians, yet they did both plumbing work and electrical work that was not up to code.
