Tried ordering from VIP for the first time in probably 12 years...however, I am horribly disappointed. Don't know if the pizza is any good...because it never was delivered even though they charged me for it. Their online ordering system is aweful. I ordered my pizzas and was charged for them, however the employees working in the store where the order was sent could not see the order and therefore refused to prepare the pizzas for me. Great specials, large menu, friendly staff. It's my "go to" place on Sundays for their $4.99 spaghetti special!!
Love it
Went there with our young kids and stood there for 10 minutes to get seated with no one in front of us. Finally got seated and waited 20 minutes without seeing a waiter/waitress to even take our drink order. It didn’t seem that busy and several wait staff walked by and looked at us sitting there. We walked out hungry and angry.
