The atmosphere is fun and exciting. I was at vip on Saturday. They were understaffed and I considered that in our service. We got our refills part of our group got their foods but the kids had to wait longer for theirs. Then my friend and I finally got our pasta. Our pasta noodles were soggy and no tasty flavor of the Alfredo sauce. The only good part was the breadsticks. When I left that night I was sick for a couple hours after the meal. Pizza was just delivered barely lukewarm, after being told it would be an hour which I was fine with, but it showed up at my door nearly 1hr and 45min later very disappointed. Product is no longer consistently good since you moved from Capri bar.
We had a large party of 12 on a Saturday night. At first one of the waitresses wasn't going to seat us as there wasn't one big table. Another one came along and asked if we could have two tables next to each other. This worked for us. We got some pizzas, pastas for some and salads. Everyone was very satisfied with their food. We ordered the Howdy Pizzon and it was as great as people were saying it would be! Great selection of pasta and salads as well! We were very satisfied!
