If you're in the mkt for a hottub ... would recommend this store. Good quality spas. Bit of a "sales vibe" and our spa top side did break, quick callout for the repair however we did feel the repair tech was most definitely rude. Sorry to inconvenience you Would recommend you purchase your supplies elsewhere ... several hundred dollars more expensive than needed (and we're questioning the quality of the products) .. Breakdown is ... in a mkt full of what feels like car salesman, this store sells good hotubs at good prices.
I like to buy locally, when possible. I recently bought a $250 cue case from their billiard section. The case was great until it wasn't. Evidently, it had a flaw. The snap that closed the case began to separate from the material. There was no good way to fix this issue, and it was clearly a manufacturer's flaw. Darryl was very helpful, first trying to reach out to the manufacturer, which turned out to be futile. Vintage Hot Tubs stand behind their products, which is refreshing.
