There was no pressure to buy or upgrade beyond what we wanted. They even had a hot tub in store we were able to try! These people are excellent at looking after the balance of my Jacuzzi hot tub! I drive down to their Langford store from Nanaimo at least once a month to get my water tested. They have all the products and support I need to keep us having wonderful Spa nights every night! I just love it but, for my husband, who has rheumatoid arthritis, sitting in the hot tub is the ONLY time he is pain-free! Drugs are great, but the Jacuzzi is the icing on the cake! Thanks, guys!🥳
