The company was very good previously on everything but recently I had an issue and very much annoyed indeed. I was on auto debit with no issue at all for over 5 years already. They recently changed to a third party vendor without notifying us the removal of auto debit and no automatial transfer to the new system and I was only aware of that until I had a new bill showing I was late on payment, I called in and left message also emailed accounting and company email address on website, no response at all. This company consistently abdicates its fiduciary responsibility as an HOA, and is clearly subservient and beholden to the developer/builder, rather than the homeowners. Basic common area management and upkeep are neglected and failed to be addressed even 6-9 months after they are raised at board meetings, and many homeowners by email and phone, over and over without remedy.They pay vendors and contractors a lot of money without any accountability or quality control. We were recently in contact with the *** management representative regarding a concern about smoking and the odors entering our home from another home. We have very young children so this was a big concern for us - especially because we remember there was a clause in our bylaws about it. We presented this to the representative on 1/20/24 via email. Vintage Group Property Manager ********************* at **************************, has deliberately and intentionally withheld Documents that he and HOA BOD's were ORDERED by the Fire Chief to distribute to ALL RESIDENTS in which I was specifically named to receive. I live in a townhouse complex currently managed by Vintage Group in Glendora, CA. I have direct, first-hand experience with this awful property "management" company. Make SURE to reference that you live in a VG-managed property when leaving reviews because this company reports legitimate reviews to Yelp to try to get them taken down. This company thinks it is ok to single me out and discriminate against me for an alleged flooring violation that is present in 100% of the units in my community. I told them I had carpeting everywhere in my home except designated areas and sent a video. I was told my dining area was in question even though I am double layered in the dining and rest of my home. Vintage group is a fly-by-night property management company. It’s a small organization with only 30+ employees and they do not do their jobs. I addressed an unsafe condition from a 15 foot dead hanging palm branch over my walkway that had been hanging there for more than 10 weeks, and the assistant property manager, Denise M*******, that was filling in for the regular property manager who is on medical leave, wanted to wait for the regular property manager to come back from indefinite leave and not address the safety concern... read more
This company has repeatedly engaged in deceptive practices with residents. They do not answer questions from residents concerning HOAs and fail to do their jobs in enforcing parking policies.

Thank you for your comments. As we have indicated in several emails to you. The Association does not have a parking budget to hire a parking patrol service to enforce the parking rules on a daily basis. The Association has not approved to do this either. You have submitted multiple emails on a daily basis and Management has advised you of this. These are Board decisions and not Vintage Groups.
