I spoke to them twice and they came out to measure for an estimate. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I called last week to check and again no one called back. Non responsive and advise not to use.
The Vintage Floors employees who repaired my wooden floor did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend people using this company if they have any purchases or repairs that are needed.
Can’t begin to tell you how satisfied we are with Ricky at Vintage Floors and our installer Guillermo! They helped us out with a small water leak in our kitchen; had to tear out a small section of our wood floors, and were prompt in getting us scheduled for the install once we were ready. Guillermo took the time to protect our new cabinets on the first day. He could not have been more professional and he was so spotless when he finished each day. Thank you Vintage Floors.
We are ecstatic about our finished floors. Workers were very skilled in their finish work. They were also respectful of us trying to live in our home while the process was happening. Nathan came to our home with samples when we were deciding which route to go and came back with larger examples to help us in the final decision. He is super knowledgeable about the flooring business! I highly recommend them!!
wow !!! Vintage Floors just completed our floor patch, fill in and refinish of our hard wood floors. The team did an amazing job. we cannot tell where the old and new come together and the finish matched the existing perfect. I cant say enough about how pleased we are.
