The property is in great shape both inside and out, the amenities are convenient and accessible, the leasing team is always kind and helpful, and the maintenance team is friendly and efficient! Not to mention the location is second to none. I absolutely recommend Vintage Blackman to anyone looking for a home in Murfreesboro especially since they are so well priced and offer so much. They steal your money, lie about where your money goes to, can't keep the so called "gated community" gate fixed for anybody and their brother to come in, the manager(s) are very unprofessional etc. I could go on and on. it's a nice community but the upkeep has failed tremendously within 2 years of living there. in the beginning mark (maintenance) stayed on top of everything and now the ground guys are just collecting a paycheck to do nothing. Love the community! I have been here for a few months. It has been a wonderful place to live. The office staff and maintenance staff have always been professional and easy to work with!
It took four+ months to get our money back. We were very patient with them until staff became extremely rude, especially management. Management NEEDS to change. Worst customer service we had ever experienced! They would make excuses/hang up on us when we had questions or concerns on why it was taking so long. Finally got ahold of a gentleman from another company that manages the apartment buildings and he was very friendly and sent us our money in less than a week!
