A/c has been out for a month. Maintenance said the part needed to fix the a/c unit would come the following week when I initially put in a request. It has yet to come or be fixed. They offered to give us an a/c fan to put in the window when there’s already frogs and pests in the mulch by the plants near us. That’s not what the rent or electric bill pays for. Every summer, the pool is only open for a month because staff does not want to clean it or Upkeep the pool so there is a pump or something that conveniently gets messed up every summer only a month after it’s open and I’ve been here for four or five years. If you have children, don’t let them walk around because people drive 60 miles an hour through the apartment complex and nobody says a thing about it and don’t even think about having your kid enjoy the park here. Not recommended, For some reason they keep insisting on you keeping your trash can inside the living room or they fine you 25 dollars. They add all kinds of extra fees so double check your lease and make sure it matches. My dryer was broken for over two months before they could finally replace it. New issue: they have now left a notice on my door that I have two unauthorized dogs. My dogs have been registered since 2020. I called and apparently all the paperwork was lost. They now say I have to pay another 30 a month for the... read more
