I don't know if this is normal for most apartment complexes in Murfreesboro but, it sure seems to be normal at Scout landing. The garbage will pile up for months at a time. This is just one of the dumpster locations at scout landing. They also force residents to pay for "Valet Trash" only to pay another company to come in and take your bags of garbage and add them to this pile. They will even fine you if you leave your "Valet can" outside your apartment for too long but then I can look out my balcony and see this giant pile ... read more
Ran by a corporation, move here if you want to be a number. Would not recommend for anyone unless you have no other options. You will be nickel and dimed to death if you use their random services or not. Parking is terrible, good luck on your apartment search.
