I’ve really enjoyed living at Scout Landing! The property is super well-kept—the grounds always look nice and everything is clean and in good shape. The office staff is awesome! They’re super friendly and always quick to help out if you need anything or have questions. It’s nice knowing they’re easy to reach and actually care. Maintenance is also amazing. WORSE mistake of my life. Nothing like getting charged pest control and then waking up in the middle of the night to 3 inch cockroach’s on the wall(I have picture proof). Dealing with the AC going out in the summer, heat going out in the winter. Washer/dish washer overflowing. The floor peeling up on its own. The nest of bees just chillin on my stairs. Cant wait until this lease runs out. If you find extra charges on your bill reach out ASAP. I was one click away from paying an extra $100 on a place im already overpriced.
Not recommended, For some reason they keep insisting on you keeping your trash can inside the living room or they fine you 25 dollars. They add all kinds of extra fees so double check your lease and make sure it matches. My dryer was broken for over two months before they could finally replace it.
Worse place to stay at DO NOT STAY HERE you can call to the office and complain about the neighbors running up stairs being loud shaking the windows. There are cracks in the walls, and they do not care what’s so ever! So save a trip n don’t move here nobody lasts long living here
I love scouts landing! I have never had any issues here at all! Just signed my 2nd year long lease and couldn’t be happier.
