Price does not meet quality. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. Why? 1) I was without air conditioning for nearly 2 months during the summer. They kept saying, "they are working on it". Management tried to pass off the blame to their maintenance staff. The maintenance staff tried to pass off the blame to management . It took 5 week of whining and complaining to their corporate HQ in FLA for them to fix it. 2) I have had young kids knock on my door at 3 AM , apparently from the previous owner. 3) Surrounded by sex offenders. Been here since 2021 and what a mistake this has been. New management is okay but the property is not. The buildings are old and run down, constantly leaking and breaking. They NEVER solve complaints and instead send out emails that no one reads. The only redeeming quality about this place is that maintenance is fast. If you like loud bass at all hours, no parking, inconsiderate neighbors, speeding, and dog crap everywhere, then this place is for you! Started out fine but ultimately went downhill fast. The building is old and walls are incredibly thin. Neighbors are inconsiderate of others. If you like hearing loud music and feel your unit vibrate from it all hours of the day and night then this is the complex for you! Nothing is done about it even when its been reported on several occasions including police being called. Dog crap is everywhere. This apartment complex is AMAZING! The office staff and maintenance go above and beyond. Maintenance is quick and caring to solve any problems in the apartment. The office staff has constantly helped me with any problems I have as well with great communication. There are so many activities through out the month. The staff cares for the people that live here and I would 100% recommend living at this amazing apartment complex.
