So here's the deal. When I lived there it was great. Always communicated with me, any repairs or maintenance needed was always done that same week unless something had to be replaced. The office staff were always nice. But here's where it went horribly wrong. When i initially told them i need to move back home due to family issues, they worked with me and gave me all the options. Overall unpleasant experience. Broke lease after 9 months and moved away. So extremely traumatized that it took over a year to write this tiny review.

I lived here and unfortunately had multiple serious concerns during my time. There was an attempted break-in at my unit, which I reported to management, but I did not feel that my safety concerns were properly addressed. In addition, I experienced roof leaks in my first unit that were significant enough to require moving to another unit. After relocating, I unfortunately dealt with similar issues again, which was very frustrating. I am very satisfied living here at Scout Landing, all of your employees are very nice and helpful, really appreciate everything that they do, myself personally I haven’t had any problems yet, my only concern is the trash adding up sometimes by the dumpsters because it starts smelling bad after a while, but satisfied otherwise.
