After living here for a year I can only say, this is one of the best complexes I’ve ever lived in. The front office is amazing, maintenance is super on top of everything. The spaces are large and well done. Amenities are awesome and it’s a quiet complex. Top tier apartment living.

Package thefts and refused to tow abandoned cars. Had packages stolen 3 times this week alone.
It's a nice community but holy moly the package theft. You better hope that Amazon chooses to leave it in a locker because if they just put it on the ground it'll be gone before you get a chance to notice the delivery notification. I've tried talking to IMT staff about this but they weren't sympathetic in the slightest, just reminded me that they can't review security footage without a police warrant.
I’m genuinely happy to be renewing my lease here. Well-maintained, quiet, and feels safe. The common areas are consistently clean and inviting, maintenance is VERY responsive. Like 1-2 days fast (to show up, not just reach out)🙏 Management has been professional, reliable and they make me feel like they care. I’ve seen some mixed reviews, I personally haven’t experienced those concerns. I've never seen a rodent or had pests problems.
