IMT Hyland Hills has consistently delivered the worst maintenance experience I’ve ever encountered. I lost a full fridge of food because a maintenance worker destroyed it. I then confirmed a time slot with the maintenance manager, hired someone to be present in my apartment to ensure it didn’t happen again — and they never showed up. No call. No email. No explanation.
