The office staff is so helpful, very accommodating, and just really nice folks. And the property is very well maintained. And maintenance request are done within 48 hours. I really love my new home I got an added bonus of a fireplace it's just a beautiful place to live and the people are such wonderful people office people I mean Even the neighbors are pretty nice so far as I just moved in a couple of weeks ago but definitely looking forward to the year ahead in my new home.
I had problems with my bathroom on a Sunday morning when I woke up and after calling the office, Alex (the maintenance man) had it fixed within a couple hours even after he had to run to Lowe’s. Very satisfied as I was at work all day and was able to get this fixed still.
Maintenance people are very efficient fixing any needs, they are also very friendly.
The maintenance crew is quick and professional.
