Overall this place is one of the best apartments I have lived in. The maintenance team is solid, most of the leasing agents are on point and get stuff done, and the leasing manager Stephanie is legit. My ONE complaint about this place is the leasing agent name lee. SHE IS TERRIBLE. I have worked with her on several occasions and each time she fails me. Does not put in work orders, do not answer my questions truthfully and gives me the blatant wrong answer when she does actually know what she's talking about. Let's face the f... read more
Exceptional Service!! Especially from the Maintenance team! Joe was very helpful!
My maintenance request was handled quickly and thoroughly. He repaired my ice maker on my refrigerator and noticed that my change filter light was on. He ran and got a new filter and put it in for me. Didn't even have to ask him. Maintenance guys here are the best!
On-site tour went great and was very thorough! Property has a great off-leash park, surrounded by a golf course and a park on the other side with a spectacular view of the Boulder flats and Rocky Mountains. It’s a bit older of a property and although told there was concrete flooring we can hear the person above us stomp around. Would be great to have better quality appliances but happy with everything so far!
