The staff are amazing! Very caring they went above and beyond for me....
Went without a kitchen sink for 2 weeks. Fixed it myself, all it needed was a plunging. Was told I was a low priority.

I have never had a problem getting management fixing any issues. Always fixed within a day or two
My problem: low water pressure could not be addressed in my unit because the whole building system is inadequite. The lack of 'hot' water has the same problem. When one can take a shower with the hot water is full on the system is set too low. The person that came to my unit was courtous and explained he could do not more.
