Amazing Staff and beautiful community.
RecommendedLove the finishes and floor plans. Everything seems pretty high end and I love the community. Everyone seems friendly enough and I can't brag enough on the apartment and leasing managers. They really helped to solidify the fact that I wanted to live here and have made living here seem fun and exciting and in general its a pain/hassle free leasing process. We just moved in this weekend and everyone has been super helpful and friendly. Polly and Tyler were great getting us through the process of preparing to move in. When we had appliance problems on move-in day, Alice called in help from corporate to get us a replacement fridge and fixed our washer even though it’s Labor Day weekend. The apartment looks great and we love the location.
I did extensive research on all sides of Nashville before I decided on this apartment complex. Nobody has the features and amenities that this place has unless you’re willing to pay unreasonable prices somewhere downtown Nashville. The way the apartments are designed and the color schemes easily make the price worth it! I wanted a layout where my guests didn’t have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Amazing place I moved to Nashville and found these places which looked beautiful so I summited an application and heard back very soon saying I was approved. Once we moved in we saw the quality built in these apartments staff is very friendly and helpful amazing place to live.
I am the first that filled out an application, so I was told, back in June of 17. I wanted to live anywhere in this area because I was commuting a hour one way each day "on a good day" . I finally moved in Dec 1 due to construction delays which were not there fault. I would like to say I patiently waited but I didn't. I continued my search because I was desperate to move but finally gave up and decided to ride it out and I am glad I did. This is the main thing that sold me.
