RecommendedThe maintenance man is very helpful if you need anything fixed. He will fix it right and will do so in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this place.
I love how unique this complex is and how friendly the staff and maintenance is. I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, safe, spacious, animal friendly, busy schedule making 24 hour maintenance convenient, great location right off of the highway, has a nice big pool, Up to date style, and very welcoming cozy place to call home. :)
Great location, size, and design. The apartment may look monochrome or plain from the outside, but the inside is spacious and well designed. I’ve seen (and rented) a couple of the upper floor units. The maintenance (specifically Andre) is notable for being diligent, responding in a timely manner, and being respectful of tennants’ schedules. Best OKC apartments I’ve lived in so far.

I just moved into vintage at 50th and Jasmine in the office has been so helpful and sweet every step of the way!! Any issue I've had has been handled really quickly and completely!

Quiet, great location. easy access to main streets. close to great shopping. great neighbors and staff here. love my home here!
I love this place. We have lived here around 2 years and I don't want to move. The staff is really nice and helpful as is the maintenance staff. If you come to these apartments looking for a home you will love it.
